My Custom IT’s web-based registration platform, Event Manager, is the culmination of more than 10 years of compiled contributions from business owners, race and endurance operators, sports camp operators, event organizers, and computer scientists, to name a few.
Other invaluable input was derived from the development, maintenance, and use of a prior iteration of our software named Camp Manager. While that program was sunset a few years ago it remains the backbone of numerous successful businesses today and has processed well over 50 million registrations in the past decade alone in the sports camp registration marketplace.
In January 2005, Interactive Technology Professionals, LLC was formed. Robert G. Bailey was the appointed leader and over the next four years the existing software was upgraded and improved; however, it became clear to Robert Bailey that the sustainability of software would require greater resources over time due to the developed computer language and aging technology.
Concurrent with development and refinement of Camp Manger through 2009, new architecture designs for Event Manager began and has been in development and use since. Just over two years after the initial code was written, the platform was fully functional and actively processing transactions and helping businesses prosper.
Today Robert Bailey and Charles Lane own Sola Dei Gloria which is a technology holding company and they remain the two sole owners.
Early in 2012 Bailey and Lane resolved to legally change the name from Interactive Technology Professionals, LLC to My Custom I.T., LLC and registered the trade name My Custom Event to better describe the software capability being offered today.
In 2012 My Custom Event opened its offices at 1421 N. Mullan Rd Suite A in Spokane Valley Washington where operations are currently ongoing with 23 full-time employees.
